What is the check-in procedure?
Please inform us of your arrival time in advance of your stay so one of our team can meet you at your apartment with keys for check-in. Please note we have no reception at the apartments. If you contact us 30 minutes prior to arrival we will meet you at the apartment for check-in.
When is check-out?
Our check-out time is at 11am, but on some occasions this can be extended, please contact us to check this.
Is there car parking?
The apartments offer free on-site parking.
Are these apartments apart of Gleneagles Hotel?
Please note this property is privately owned and is not part of The Gleneagles Hotel Group. However the apartments are in an excellent location situated next to the Hotel, the activities school and the world renowned golf courses . Which are all within 5 minutes walking distance of Guthrie Court.
Can activities be booked at Gleneagles Hotel?
As non-residents of the hotel you may book any of their restaurants, including: The Dormy House, Deseo, Andrew Fairlies and The Strathearn(These should be booked direct via the hotel prior to your stay) Activities at the hotel can also be booked by non residents. Some of these include: Horse Riding, Indoor Tennis, Offroad driving, Falconry, Fishing and Golf days The award winning spa at Gleneagles can be booked directly through the hotel.(Please note the spa is very popular and should be booked well in advance to avoid disappointment).
Can guests make use of the leuisure pool at Gleneagles Hotel?
Non-residents do not have access to the hotels leisure pool as this is for hotel guests and members only unless booking a spa day through the hotel itself.
Is Smoking allowed within the apartments?
The apartments are no smoking throughout.
Are pets allowed?
We have a no pet policy for bookings at the apartments.
Are the apartments wheel chair accessible?
The apartments are not suitable for wheel chair access as there is no lift or ramp.
What are the booking terms?
A 30% non refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due 14 days before arrival date, the deposit and balance is non refundable or transferable. For all non refundable bookings full payment is taken at the time of booking and cannot be refunded and all bookings are non transferable. We reserve the right to charge for damages and excess cleaning. We recommend that you arrange your own cancellation insurance in the event of unforeseen circumstances causing cancellation.
